Refund Policy

At Sawadee Thai Massage and Spa, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality massage and spa treatments. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure clarity regarding our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Service Refunds

All services provided at Sawadee Thai Massage and Spa are non-refundable once the treatment has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to speak with the manager immediately after your appointment so that we can address your concerns promptly and appropriately.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

To provide fair service to all clients and respect our therapists’ time, we apply the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show): Full payment may be required.

3. Gift Vouchers and Certificates

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, replaced, or refunded.

  • If a treatment purchased with a gift voucher is cancelled within our cancellation policy guidelines, the balance will remain on the voucher.

4. Products

Physical products (e.g., massage balms, herbal inhaler):​ Please note that all product sales are final. we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased in-store or online, including oils, creams, or other personal care items.
