  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

  • A valid name and contact number are required for all bookings.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") may result in a full charge.

4. Arrival and Late Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for consultation and relaxation.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest. Full charges will still apply.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients are required to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment.

  • Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment based on health or safety concerns.

  • All services provided are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due, and may be reported to authorities.

6. Payments and Gift Vouchers

  • We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and online, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the specified time period and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated.
